We’re changing views on retirement

 

As a business, we’ve had to overcome all kinds of challenges along the way, but it was worth it. Making a better retirement life affordable was our biggest challenge. We created a new, better way for homeowners to unlock the wealth from their current home and enjoy a happier and healthier life through shared ownership.

We set up Affordable Housing Communities Ltd as a Registered Provider of affordable homes, it is regulated by Homes England, a government agency, who have given us enormous support to deliver our fantastic retirement living sites.

Over the next five years, we’ll be building 1000s of affordable, new homes, in the South of England. If you’re starting to think about retirement living, you couldn’t have picked a better time. Our focus is all about the delivery of health, wealth, and happiness.
