The wellness day takes place on Thursday, January 23 from 10am-2pm. This free event is open to all and is a mixture of presentations, exercises, tours and all a healthy lunch. Award-winning nutritionist, Carolyn Leigh will start the day with an hour-long talk about the benefits of eating well. Carolyn is a fully qualified Registered Nutritionist & Functional Medicine Specialist providing unique healthcare and nutritional services for people of all age groups with chronic health and medical conditions. She has also contributed to Men’s Health magazine, Metro and Channel 5. Platinum Skies, Lifestyle Manager, Phillip Geise will then be leading a taster session for the ever-popular chair-based fitness class. This will be followed by a talk and demonstration on the benefits of reflexology by Tara-Louise Chamberlain of R&R Reflexology. Visitors will also get the chance to meet the dedicated lifestyle team and have a viewing of the stunning development.
