A special open week to view and purchase a choice of stunning independent-living apartments with far-reaching views over Poole takes place next month.

Vista in Parkstone and Esprit in Poole town centre will be open to the public to view by appointment only from Monday 17 May to Sunday 23 May. During the event, property viewers can choose their perfect home within the exclusive communities for people aged over 55 to reserve and purchase. Enhanced Covid-safe measures will be in place for the benefit of the homeowners, visitors, and our team.

The Vista community in Mount Road, Parkstone, features a range of one, two and three-bedroom apartments to choose from, many of which have a balcony or terrace, undercroft parking, homeowners’ lounge, bistro, treatment room, activity room, and communal landscaped gardens. Over at Esprit in High Street North, Poole, there are a host of one and two-bedroom open plan purpose-built apartments in the town centre which have the benefit of parking, a communal homeowners’ lounge, and a bistro area. Pets are welcome at all of our properties.

Poole apartments designed with accessibility in mind

Each apartment has been designed with accessibility in mind, including bathrooms with step-free showers, easy-to-use kitchens with energy-saving appliances and underfloor heating.
