We have already had so much interest in our retirement apartments in Christchurch so we are thrilled to be announcing the opening of our pre-launch Show Home for Monterey.

2. About Monterey

Situated in the thriving market town of Christchurch, Monterey can be found nestled within private gardens adjacent to Christchurch Hospital.

We designed Monterey to create a feeling of serenity and wellbeing from the moment you set foot on the grounds. It’s named after the magnificent Monterey pine outside. And the nature extends into the charming private gardens, and the surrounding conservation area.

The red-brick and slate roof of Monterey echoes the Victorian architecture that would have featured in the original hospital. The traditional arts and crafts design and Juliet balconies give the frontage a warm and charming feel. It’s the perfect marriage of style and comfort.

Each of the 35 properties at Monterey have their own distinctive features, and as there are a wide range of layouts to choose from, you’ll be sure to find one to suit your needs.
