Platinum Skies’ Shortlisted For Housing Awards

On Thursday 6th September, the National Housing Federation held the 12th National Housing Awards to celebrate excellence, innovation, creativity and progression in home ownership.

As some of the most coveted awards in the sector, we were pleased to be finalists in the hotly contested, ‘Most Innovative Home Ownership Solution’ category. The category recognises organisations that make a real difference to peoples’ lives.

A well-respected panel of independent judges from across the industry were involved. They were said to be looking for entries which provided innovative housing solutions for homeowners, pioneered a new product and delivered good partnerships with stakeholders.

Our first award entry since the launch of Platinum Skies’Older People’s Shared Ownership offering, we were proud to be positioned alongside well-established housing associations and recognised for our unique solution to the older people’s home ownership crisis – Platinum Skies is the UK’s only for-profit Registered Social Landlord offering a flexible Older People’s Shared Ownership.
